[Skill Adjustments]

• Soul Reaver - Special Effect Update:

The Attack Rate % debuff applied to enemies via the Soul Reaver skill has been removed. Previously, it negatively affected the enemy’s attack rate. This change aims to streamline the skill's effects and improve balance.

• Push/Pull State Fix:

The issue where HP Regeneration and Potion Use were disabled during the Push/Pull state has been fixed. Players will now be able to use Potion and regenerate HP as expected while in this state.

• Rework of Push/Pull Mechanic

The Push/Pull function has been reworked to ensure smoother interactions and more control. Expect improved behavior when the skill is used in combat for better positioning and strategic movement.
